MCE Electric is seeking organised, reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join its team as Warehouse Picker and Packer. The successful candidates will assist with picking, receiving, inspecting, packing and organising stock while ensuring accurate and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer and order specifications.
- Ensure all picked items are accurate and meet order requirements.
- Receive and unpack incoming stock.
- Inspect deliveries for quantity, accuracy and visible damage.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods or quality concerns to the relevant supervisor.
- Accurately label, organise and shelve products in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain neat and organised storage, packing and shelving areas.
- Pack products securely and accurately for dispatch.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management activities.
- Support regular stock counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure stock is handled carefully to prevent damage and losses.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
- Follow all company procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Perform additional reasonable warehouse tasks to support daily operations.
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent to NQF Level 4.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, packing or stock handling will be advantageous.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift, carry and move heavy stock when required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
